As the impact of digitalization reverberates throughout the workforce, transforming its culture, structure, operations, and strategy, the focus on employee experience and organizational effectiveness has never been more critical. This paradigm shift presents both new challenges and exciting opportunities, particularly in addressing the gender experience divide.

In a recent study conducted by Forrester, a staggering 78% of HR leaders concurred that Employee Experience (EX) would play a pivotal role in determining their organization’s ability to achieve key business objectives in the next two years. Remarkably, today’s organizations allocate an average of $2,500 per employee annually towards enhancing the employee experience, and this investment trend is expected to persist, as indicated by Gartner. While many organizations are actively engaged in EX initiatives aimed at fostering gender-diverse workplaces, the emphasis must also be on comprehending the unique experiences of different employee groups, especially those who have been historically underrepresented.

According to workplace studies, businesses that cultivate gender diversity within their workforce are 21% more likely to achieve above-average profitability. Likewise, companies with a higher representation of women on their Boards of Directors (BoD) enjoy an impressive 55% higher EBIT margin and a 44% higher Return on Equity. Moreover, for every 10% increase in gender diversity, earnings before interest and taxes surge by a notable 3.5%, according to research by McKinsey.

The future of HR and the future of work are evolving from predictive to prescriptive, offering hyper-personalized experiences that cater to the unique needs of all employees, with women at the forefront of driving this transformative change.

Take your job by storm with employee experience as organizations continually adapt and embrace new tools and technologies that empower them to craft a future where both their workforce and their business can truly thrive.
